You may be asked to provide your age identification proof at the time of delivery. Valid photo Id includes Australian driver license, Australian Government issued Proof of age card or Passport.
We use Australia Post as our delivery provider.
- If you are not at your home address, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the nearest post office with a card for you to pick up at your convenience unless otherwise specified during checkout. Alcoholic products will not be left at the address if unattended. You will have 10 business days to collect your items, after which it will be returned to us, cost to re-ship will be the responsibility of the customer.
